My experience with this doctor has unfortunately been very disappointing. After a shoulder issue, the hospital sent the ultrasound results directly to the doctor. I never received any feedback. Weeks went by in complete silence, so I contacted the clinic myself. I was told the doctor might have seen something related to my shoulder in the email, but that she hadn’t actually reviewed the results. Perhaps you weren't aware of what was going on in the clinic at the time, I was there at the time of your call, as I arrived I saw a lady waiting to pay. Her elderly parents trying to get to the car in heavy winds and rain, I was very concerned about one of them falling over. We could all see it happening, the daughter really needed to pay and get out to assist them. Extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff! I am new to Australia and called this GP attempting to register as a patient for myself and my partner who has a medical condition. The receptionist was friendly however did not seem informed on the patient registration process, in an attempt to answer my question she handed me over to the doctor on site (this wasn’t something I requested) and I was utterly shocked at the way this doctor spoke to me.
