I debated about posting this, but decided to in the interest of others who need help. I met Chad when I was getting quotes to re do lighting in my house. We went with another company but I kept him in mind. We needed a handyman for a rental that we are managing. Chad arrived 30 minutes late. He said he could work on the 3 tasks that day and get them done for $250. We needed 2 pieces of Tile put in to repair where the ceramic soap dish had broken off by previous tennant. Chad did a good job first time we used him with repairing a pipe leak under garage floor but could have done a better job smoothing out replaced concrete section. Used him to screen in patio, it’s been a huge disappointment. Need to return numerous times, still issues. I need to add pics. Door on backwards, doggy door crooked, lining coming up, gaps for lizards and mosquitoes to come inside, etc. Poor communication as for not notifying us when he can’t come as planned.
