I booked the car in here for the first time for its MOT about 2 weeks before it was due. I asked what time to drop the car off and was told between 8.30am - 9am. When I turned up the manager was trying to send me to a different garage that he owned. I tried to tell him I had prebooked it here but he said it would be finished quicker if I took it over.
