Personally I didn't find there to be enough value for what it cost. Thank goodness it was covered by my third party insurance. If I had to pay this out of pocket I would have been furious and thoroughly disappointed. They also charge this as 2 major deposit installments of $700 + and provide receipts once the service is rendered. That is fine and makes sense but being out of pocket for that much upfront is an inconvenience.

Dr. Jessica was my doula last year when I had my twins and I honestly cannot say more wonderful things about my experience with her. I knew right when I got pregnant I wanted a doula and it was a bonus that Jessica was also a Naturopathic doctor. She is a wealth of knowledge and was there to help me make decisions when I was unsure, she supported me both emotionally and physically and made the whole birthing experience easier on both myself and my partner. I used Dr. Jess as my birth doula for my third baby. I had birthed all my babies with midwives but this was the first time I also had a doula. I seriously have NO idea how I ever did it without her! First of all, Dr. Jess is the loveliest, kindest, person ever with such a calm and beautiful energy. Second, she is a powerhouse of support during birth! My journey started with Dr. Jessica a few years ago when I had slight concerns about my health, but ultimately wanted to get pregnant. Dr. Jessica helped support me through the entire process, and my husband and I just gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby.
