this is an amazing office with great staff! very friendly and Monzer and Dr Nooshi are amazing
Rude and unprofessional Dr. They don't complete the procedure. They are greedy. They give trouble to patient and make them pay more than they ask before. Went for a procedure and was given a price, Dr Monzer did not complete the procedure, left me halfway, and started asking for more money. This Dr is a fraud. WHOLE CLINIC IS A FRAUD. Beware...
Dr. Monz and dr. Nooshi are literally the Best of the best. This centre has been our main destination for all our dental work and we have never been disappointed.
I took my aunt in, hoping that they could help me. I made the appointment a week prior. When we went in staff were remarkable. They were very patient and kind. Dr. M was so kind to my aunt who is 86 if she didn’t hear anything, he would repeat it for her, and not in a condescending way which she has experience before in other places. Not only did he do a great job listening and producing what she needed and what she wanted he also had a great sense of humour and also talked with me as well. I normally don’t write any reviews, but it’s very frustrating when an employee by the name of Stella, at this clinic treats you differently yelling and being very rude in an emergency. The first time she told me to apply Polygrip and wait a month to see the doctor. I went and bought Polygrip, didn’t work, I was sick to my stomach with the Polygrip all night. This second time the doctor made the support, repaired it and it has failed. I called this morning and she was rude and arrogant again this second time. This is totally ... read more
