We used York Public Adjuster Services for our new roof due to storm damage and cannot praise them enough!! Especially, Jenna Ritchey--our new friend! Jenna assisted us in every step during the process including insurance, shingle selection, maintenance, etc. Jenna was a great liaison with the roofing crew to make sure our new landscaping was protected during the installation and she was present the entire process--even after roof completion to make sure we were satisfied. After having hail the size of hockey pucks hit our house, we worked with York to help handle the claim with the insurance company. I couldn’t be happier. The insurance company initially only approved the front half of the house agreeing there was damage. Come on….the entire roof was hit and you could tell by the numerous dents in the box vents and dents in the shingles. York fought on our behalf and although it took some time, the entire roof was eventually covered by the insurance company.
I’m not sure what type of business they are running here but they are now saying after months that they can’t work on my claim do not use this company
