I’m not sure what type of business they are running here but they are now saying after months that they can’t work on my claim do not use this company
Mitch and everyone we talked to were amazing! We were worried about filing a claim with SF. We have never filed an insurance claim. The SF guy didn’t sound like they were going to cover much at all. But Mitch and his team were able to get SF to cover our whole roof and all our sky lights replaced. Mitch always checked in with me and explained everything to me. We contacted York after our homeowners insurance denied our hail damage claim. They were friendly and I agreed to let York negotiate on our behalf but since then nothing. I have never received a call from any adjuster or contractor, on the other hand I’ve called several times personally to Alonso Zapata project manager for York. I don’t understand the issue here as to why nobody else has talked to me from York it’s been since early December late November and here it is going almost on March nothing.
