We are so appreciative of Marc and Dean at York Pool Services. We are first time pool owners and they have made it really easy for us in sharing their knowledge and expertise. We even ran into difficulty this weekend with what turned out to be a filter issue and Dean showed up on Sunday to try and diagnose and resolve the issue, which of course he did successfully. Thank you to everyone at York Pool Services for the excellent customer service that you provide.
I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. We have many vendors who come to our home weekly to perform various services, and every single one works autonomously while they are around, however York Pool Services took issue with us when we were not able to be present during work hours. On top of that, the communication felt dismissive and even condescending towards the end which was not appreciated. These guys are knowledgeable and provide excellent friendly support and service, got them to close/open pool for the season, its been a wonderful experience so far!
