Stuartco Property Management is sadly only interested in building new and not maintaining the older properties in their huge portfolio. See York Plaza, where they charge "comparable" Edina rents for a property that looks like a forgotten slum in comparison. Quiet, Peaceful & beautiful surroundings. Couldn't ask for more, people actually respect the property & pick up after their dogs. Lovely, will visit again soon!!

Lived at York Plaza for 2 years, place is great! Close to everything, the building is very quiet and my neighbors were so nice! I gonna miss the pools and the workout! Highly recommend to anyone looking in the Edina area.
