Absolutely terrible experience. I’d give zero stars if I could. Bought a truck in December, Alex was helpful as could be. Even met us to bring us the truck. Turns out, he misrepresented the status of the title and put our wrong address on the paperwork. Now we are unable to register the truck in Virginia. Our 30 day tags are expired so we can’t legally drive it. Multiple calls and texts to Alex and ….. crickets. We basically have a very expensive full-size Matchbox truck parked in our front yard.
