Rooms were cute and cozy, exactly what you need on a cold rainy afternoon. Only short walk from town centre. The customer service was unmatched as Kerry was a god sent, saving me and my partner from a cold night in our car after our 3rd party booking didn't go through. I would highly recommend coming here.
Would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. Our stay here was made so much easier thanks to Kerry. A 3rd party booking service had made an error and didn’t pass on our booking details, but Kerry went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she sort everything out quickly, she also made sure we received our refund from the 3rd party. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. We’re really grateful for her help and would highly recommend this motel!

The motel was fully booked but the owner rang a gf and found me a room with a spa for the night. Hot tired and dusty, I was very grateful. She went the extra mile even though she herself was very busy, top lady :)
