Unfortunately the doctor for the paediatric walk in was fantastic but the receptionist was horrible!! I said hello and she immediately rejects me condescendingly and announces that walk in was for paediatric patients only but if she only took a look at the health card i presented her she would know i was there for my son.
Worst service , starting from the doctor to the receptionist. Extremely unprofessional.
It has been just over a year since I newly appointed a family doctor(Dr.Phee) and I am very satisfied. The family doctor is kind, listens carefully and empathizes well with what the patient says, and actively connects me with specialists, which gives me peace of mind. The staff member is also very kind.
