Go in every week for a shot and they make me wait forever when im supposed to be in and out. The reception is okay.but the doctors are horrid. (UPDATE) now they wont give me my shot THAT I NEED TO HAVE due to reasons i cant even answer to them lol... AND WENT TO GET MY SHOT AT MT USUAL PHARMACY NO ISSUES.. should have went there instead.. if i knew they were only 2 stars i would have never came here at all.. i didnt think ratings matter to much till i actually experienced first hand how rude and useless this place is. worst ... read more
Jen at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional, I’ve gone to this clinic multiple times hoping for a better experience everytime and she gets even more disrespectful with every interaction. I will never return to this clinic and would never recommend it to anyone who would like to receive an inkling of respect while at the doctors office.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. It took me two weeks to get two simple documents signed, and I encountered poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and inconsistent charges throughout the process. When I first walked in, I explained that I was a walk-in patient and needed a doctor to complete some job-related medical paperwork and provide a clinic stamp.
