Two people at the pharmacy were great, Huang was pretty good. Just look at the other reviews regarding the walk in receptionist, miserable person
I have been a patient of Dr. Oprea's, at this clinic, for over 10 years. I have also had the privilege of using the walk-in service and at all times can report that I am extremely happy with the care I have received. Over the years, many issues, mostly small but in some cases serious, have been satisfactorily addressed. I am a happy and grateful patient who values the advanced level of care I receive from both doctors as well as the support staff who are both prompt and efficient.
Connected to the referral department as I was attempting to gather more information for Lifelabs and rather than be of assistance, the woman I spoke to, I think her name was Carla, was rude, scoffed and was no assistance. Unacceptable way to treat patients looking for help and compassion.
The reviews surprise me. I come here if I can't see my own physician soon enough or slight family emergencies without wasting the hospitals time. Never been disappointed.
I have never had a worse or more dehumanizing experience in my life than I did at this clinic. I had a different doctor than ever before, this time Dr. Huang, and she completely ignored all my concerns, continuously talked over me when I tried to explain my situation, refused to even acknowledge the reason I came in, and then abruptly walked out of the room thereby ending the appointment without any sort of communication or professionalism whatsoever.
