I have never had a worse or more dehumanizing experience in my life than I did at this clinic. I had a different doctor than ever before, this time Dr. Huang, and she completely ignored all my concerns, continuously talked over me when I tried to explain my situation, refused to even acknowledge the reason I came in, and then abruptly walked out of the room thereby ending the appointment without any sort of communication or professionalism whatsoever. This medical centre is one of the best that I have gone to. The receptionist, Jen, is very courteous and promptly attended to my need for an appointment on Friday. Great experience. I will be back!
Absolutely horrendous experience at this walk-in clinic. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was extremely rude, sharp, and full of attitude. There was no professionalism or basic courtesy whatsoever. When I finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt like a complete waste of time. She asked only a few rushed questions, didn’t listen, didn’t explain anything, and then abruptly walked away while I was still trying to speak. Terrible. I took my son here for an ear infection, turns out the dr working that day prescribed him the wrong antibiotic which led to a prolonged ear infection and a trip to sick kids. I’ll never go back.
Extremely rude staff.
