I came to the clinic for an appointment with Dr. Fallahian, but honestly, I feel sorry for you for choosing an assistant like Eli. She has no manners, doesn’t know how to talk to patients, and doesn’t even know when to stay quiet. Her behavior was completely inappropriate and left a really bad impression. You seriously need to rethink who’s representing your clinic, because the way patients are treated there is unacceptable.
Walk in at opening, waited an hour, receptionist was polite, Dr Huang was efficient and helpful
Two people at the pharmacy were great, Huang was pretty good. Just look at the other reviews regarding the walk in receptionist, miserable person
I have been a patient of Dr. Oprea's, at this clinic, for over 10 years. I have also had the privilege of using the walk-in service and at all times can report that I am extremely happy with the care I have received. Over the years, many issues, mostly small but in some cases serious, have been satisfactorily addressed. I am a happy and grateful patient who values the advanced level of care I receive from both doctors as well as the support staff who are both prompt and efficient.
