I don't even know where to begin...the care and attention the whole staff gives my mother is a precious gift that goes beyond our past experience. When we walk in the door, we walk into a beehive of business. EVERYONE is working...directly caring for residents, cleaning, doing and delivering laundry, planning the next interactive event, hanging curtains, maintaining the facility, preparing delicious meals...I could go on, but you get the idea. My mother lived there for the last couple years of her life and the staff were some of the kindest professionals we have ever met. (And after a lifelong struggle with mental illness there were many!)

Poor staff! I hate to see such unprofessionalism from those who are supposed to be in charge, like Ashly Cambell. Especially when instances like this happen so frequently on public forums. This particular post had over 85.000 comments, that's 85,000 people who saw what kind of employees you hire and have caring for patients.
