Walk in clinic is plain rude . Don’t recommend . Receptionist is rude and won’t send results to family drs . Don’t go to this place
I just called the doctor’s office to check on my OBGYN referral. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to a pregnant woman and hung up without letting me say anything. As doctors they have right to reject referrals but they don’t need to be unprofessional about it.
I would never go back to that place again in my life... to start with the receptionists are rude and unfriendly, Dr. Sabdat Musa made me feel excluded for not speaking English well, which it should be noted that I do not speak perfectly but I do understand and make myself understood!! I think I am not the first person in Canada who does not speak perfect English since it is a multicultural country, also it is the first time that I have to go to the doctor for an interview and wait to know if he is going to accept me!! I don’t recommend Dr. Lokuge as OB! She doesn’t have empathy for her clients! Also SHE don’t document everything in your file, when you ask for summary or letter, most of the details was not documented properly
Dr.Lokuge my OB was phenomenal. Very professional and knowledgeable.
