Been trying to schedule an appointment for some weeks now they never answer the phone or call back ….
I work in a doctor's office and I tried to refer a patient for a stat xray. You can only leave a message, they never answer the phone OR call you back. We will not be using this imaging center for our patients.
Always prompt with short waits. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Don't get an MRI here ! They will charge you 700% more than they will at the Gastonia hospital for the exact same procedure and then they will not negotiate the price and use hardball ugly collection tactics to get the crazy amount of money they expect.
Easily seen from road with ample parking. Wheelchair-accessible entrance as well as parking and seating on the inside. Appointments are needed and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable...
