I just started going here a few months ago. I have Dr. Allison, she’s new to the practice but she is amazing. She actually listens to you, about your concerns with your body. She’s very detailed and will explain everything to you, answer any and all questions; even if you think they’re stupid questions, she doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking them. I was a patient of Dr. Robert Cervenka since September of 2017. He had left the practice over the summer and I wasn’t informed. Recently I had moved states, and asked for the newest provider to fill out a form based on my medical records. She denied and it has left me struggling significantly. i was referred here for a reason that had nothing to do with birth control. what i got was a 10 minute appointment where i was ONLY told about IUDs and given pamphlets despite saying i had no interest. no work up, no questions, literally just told about the iud. it felt like i was a part of a brand deal, not a patient at a doctors office. i suspect this office gets a payout from the IUD companies they so adamantly push on you.
I had a procedure done 6/12/24 with Dr Frazier and the surgery center crew. They were amazing and I had the best experience with all involved. From my early morning check in to my post operation nurses…they took extremely good care of me. Thank you all for your professionalism and your kindness. A truly wonderful team!
