I dread coming to this hospital and today didn’t disappoint. Getting labs you walk in and write your name on the check in sheet with the time you arrived. There’s a woman whose only job is to call the next person on the list… I’m her half an hour no call. I watch four or five people walk in sign their name and get called immediately. Guy next to me gets up and says I’ve been here 45 minutes what’s going on. She’s says oops my mistake. So I get up and walk over and say I’ve also been here 45 minutes. Went there to have a blood panel and drug screening. This is the SECOND. time they have lost my blood. The first time the man realized and chased me in the parking lot. This time they just lost it. Then lied to my face saying they are looking right at the results when so far 2 doctors can’t see them anywhere. And I saw one person in the back. The one who checks you in and the phlebotomist which caused an hour and a half wait time. Every time I go it gets worse and worse. Make an appointment at a different place you’ll thank ... read more
Great experience...took me in after a short wait. Lab tech was very nice and for the first time in many years of blood tests she got it on the first try and I have NO black and blue!!
