They responded to my need (hot water tank not working) promptly and with great courtesy, and they took care of my need!
This company does direct marketing calls to home owners including those, like me, who have taken the time to put themselves on the government's "do not call" list.
York HVAC systems are completely trash. We had a new system installed five years ago and have had to make major repairs to it at least once a year, sometimes twice a year. They do not honor their warranty.
They gave me a great opportunity.
Called York Home Comfort because I was having an issue with my air conditioner. They scheduled a visit right away and told me that my 20 year old air conditioner was not safe and needed replaced. Technician came the same day and showed me the options I had for purchase which were right in my price rage. The installation was scheduled for the next day. Thanks for the good service and help!
