Have 1 unit for downstairs and 1 unit for upstairs. Older units. Upstairs unit started running continuously after very hot day. Had Bristol HVAC team come out to investigate and correct. After assessing various pressures and determining that upstairs unit pressure was low, added additional refrigerant and now cooling properly. Service specialist was Graham and he kept me aware of everything he was doing and results of each diagnostic he performed. My son made a mistake and called Steve huff to his home. They gave a $3000 estimate to fix his ac. I told him to tell them to leave and call Steve Crosswhite. They came in and done the job for $365. These guys are great! Don’t call anyone else. Thanks Bristol heating and air!!!
I called them out to do a coolant fill on my mini split , was told needed new lines and would be $1000. Dollars, I can get lines for $56. Dollars and I put the whole system in is 4 hours and a new system I can get for $800. Dollars, the technician didn’t really do anything and I was charged $399. For service call basically . I don’t recommend using any of the related companies or Kingsport heating and air unless you wish to pay more than what you get . They are a very bad place to do business with $399. My father, who lives in the downstairs of my house, called these people when the AC on our heatpump stopped working. They said they would be at our on Friday 4/25/25 after 230 to work on it. They were supposed to call my dad and let him know they were on their way, and he would call me. They showed up to the house with NO CALL, and with my roommate and my sister's boyfriend hanging out on the front porch.
