I called them out to do a coolant fill on my mini split , was told needed new lines and would be $1000. Dollars, I can get lines for $56. Dollars and I put the whole system in is 4 hours and a new system I can get for $800. Dollars, the technician didn’t really do anything and I was charged $399. For service call basically . I don’t recommend using any of the related companies or Kingsport heating and air unless you wish to pay more than what you get . They are a very bad place to do business with $399. My father, who lives in the downstairs of my house, called these people when the AC on our heatpump stopped working. They said they would be at our on Friday 4/25/25 after 230 to work on it. They were supposed to call my dad and let him know they were on their way, and he would call me. They showed up to the house with NO CALL, and with my roommate and my sister's boyfriend hanging out on the front porch. A/C went out. Called Bristol Heating and A/C. They showed up the next morning as promised. Replaced fan motor and added freon. Left before noon. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommend Bristol Heating & Air! Great service! Staff is friendly and helpful. Called when my A/C went out. Fast service and great pricing for services.
