HAD A PHONE CALL WITH THE RECEPTIONIST TODAY. She is quite rude. She is being a racist. I clearly stated my intentions during the call. However, she asked me to correct my grammar because she couldn't understand what I was saying. SO RUDE!
Completely unprofessional and outright rude administration staff and doctors without any care or empathy. I would recommend finding any other medical practices or hospital ED using this practice as an absolute last resort. I would cut my own head off before returning to this medical centre
