This clinic is extremely disorganized and shows little consideration for patients’ time. Their scheduling errors end up costing patients. A lady called to confirm my appointment, and I wrote down the date and time provided. However, when I arrived, I was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled for that day. I called this morning to cancel my appointment because I was experiencing significant leg pain and nausea. During the call, the receptionist responded by saying, “sorry about your pain but there are people who didn’t wake up this morning.” This was an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional comment to make to a patient who is calling because they are unwell. First time in my life I’ve had A dental office call me to confirm a dental appointment, once confirmed they decided to call me back to inform me the time was changed from 9am to 9:45 only to be told it was cancelled, very disappointing, very unprofessional, I can say that I did receive an apology from one of the receptionist but I was very disappointed & had to spend money on a uber for nothing! I hope they do better going forward

The most professional dental clinic . Dr Spatafora is the only dentist that actually explained the exact procedure before performing an extraction.
