Unprofessional, racist and rude. She had booked us in last week, and denied our appointment today. Then she started screaming and asked how much money we have??? Does not make any sort of sense. Pretty disgusted with her behavior and Unprofessionalisim of the dentist. When you have business in Canada, you should be open to any religion of patients. This is not really acceptable and hoping this review to be seen and no one else to experience this.

when I was 12 the dentist told me that my teeth were the worst that he had ever seen and was openly berating me for not taking better care of them. (I had 1 cavity, I was a kid, I went away for camp for a couple days and forgot my toothbrush). He was also talking about the other patients while he was working on my teeth and saying how bad their teeth were too. Booked me without confirmation, and the front desk lady was asking too personal question why i wasnt picking up calls. “Why cant you pick up or call during your break time or travelling back home.” Cleaning is also hella expensive in one go. Id rather have dentures than spend that much.

Unorganized and unprofessional. During my appointment, the two office lady walk in and start talking while I was discussing treatment with the dentist. I had to talk over them and repeatedly asked the dentist to repeat (still they didn't get the hint). Why they find it necessary to organize supplies in the middle of an appointment I don't know.

Change the yt old man with new young talented please so I will come back again. He ruined my 2 premolars.
