There was no communication at all between the service department and myself. Even after leaving numerous messages no one returned a phone call. Parts needed to be ordered for my vehicle and no one called about ordering. I found out by calling one day and someone answered and said they needed parts. I asked why they didn’t call 2 days ago when they diagnosed my vehicle. No explanation. This is a service vehicle with lots of tools and parts that i asked to keep locked.
