I would like to thank mark Pritchard for all his help and patience in helping me find and purchase a vehicle. Those who got it ready to go and Amy in finance were also great. Although the process took a little longer than I would have liked, everyone there made the experience enjoyable with a cooled waiting area, drinks, snacks and a tv to keep me entertained. We worked with Mark Chapman. He was very personable, honest, and patient. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted at the price point/payment we wanted. The vehicle we wanted was actually scheduled to arrive in August but Mark found one at a different dealership. It was brought to Houlton the next day. I highly recommend.
