I am writing to document concerns regarding my care at this location following a gastroscopy performed in March 2023. During the procedure, I was conscious and experienced significant discomfort while the instrument was being inserted, which caused gagging. Sedation was then administered. After the procedure, I was informed that no abnormalities were identified, and that the stomach could not be fully assessed due to the presence of food despite fasting for over 12 hours. I just completed my colonoscopy and I would rate DR Laishram and his staff 5 stars for his caring and details introductions. The whole procedure took 1 hour and was on time.

Had vasectomy there last Friday. Dr. Laishram is very caring and listened to all my question patiently. During the procedure the pain scale was 2/10~3/10 and after the procedure is ~1/10. The second day I'm pain free. Today is day 4 and my incision is almost fully recovered. I can walk like nothing happened.
