OK, I am not quite a "member" yet but I am moving there shortly and am working on getting service to the new house. I had looked up the number to call and saw a bad review or two about customer service. I have dealt with them only twice now and do not yet live there but the people I have dealt with and the service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Very friendly and they seem to be on top of things.
They are awesome. I love the electricity, some of the best I ever had.
Lame, not like you can avoid, but they will make you wish you could.
I needed to change the responsible person for my deceased dad's property power. The ladies here were compassionate, extremely helpful and made a difficult task easy.
