Helpful and friendly staff. Better than any new England electricity company
OK, I am not quite a "member" yet but I am moving there shortly and am working on getting service to the new house. I had looked up the number to call and saw a bad review or two about customer service. I have dealt with them only twice now and do not yet live there but the people I have dealt with and the service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Very friendly and they seem to be on top of things.
They are awesome. I love the electricity, some of the best I ever had.
