Friendly staff. Good location.
I've been a member for a little over a month now. I can say the people are very friendly, helpful and caring. The tellers do their best to be able to assist you in whatever is needed with your account in a timely manner. The loan officers do what they can to ensure you have the best financial wellness possible. Their care for your financial wellness is what pushes them above the other credit unions. Horrible CEO. There vice president, Dori, does not know what is going on all the time, she is never there, They can not keep help. None of there tellers seem properly trained. There seems to be a lot of hostility in the work place that may be do to improper leadership. The board needs to hold Pam, and Dori accountable for this. I pulled my families money out of there not soon enough. I suggest you do the same.
