Rude and unhelpful when I asked for a copy of my official invoice of the drugs they sent to my naturopath for my IV treatment. Called me and bullied me into accepting a higher credit charge on my bank account because of shipping costs while refusing to send me a receipt. Scolded me for emailing to request a receipt rather than calling - I have debilitating migraines and am often unable to use the phone.
