Dr Siddiqui and rhe anesthtologist who's name is forget were professional and efficient. The nurse and receptionist were also warm and friendly, I saw them help witb translation for Spanish & Vietnamese for elderly patients who were struggling. Ample parking space available out front. Arrived at 8.30 am for a 9 am appointment and was done by 10 am. There is a pharmacy nearby to pick uo prescriptions too. All in all a very good experience.
Words fall short of the superlative experience provided from reception to diagnostic to post operative care staff.....superb...excellent ....humane...... empathic..... efficient.... methodical...and super cool....

I don’t know why they tell you to come 30 minutes before your appointment, and you’re not even in the room until 30 minutes after your appointment starts. They seem to be trying to take in as many people as possible. Especially for services requiring people not to eat for 24+ hours or drink any liquids, it's not a good experience here.
These people take forever to get to you, our appointment was at 4:30 PM and it’s was 6:00:PM when they took us in, ridiculous
