I don’t know why they tell you to come 30 minutes before your appointment, and you’re not even in the room until 30 minutes after your appointment starts. They seem to be trying to take in as many people as possible. Especially for services requiring people not to eat for 24+ hours or drink any liquids, it's not a good experience here.
These people take forever to get to you, our appointment was at 4:30 PM and it’s was 6:00:PM when they took us in, ridiculous
This is an excellent clinic. I had an endoscopy here today, and the staff were helpful from start to finish. I would also like to thank the nurse who inserted the IV — she was very friendly and kind.
I had a great experience here. Dr. Tartaro is incredibly skilled and kind, and I was very well taken care of by the nurses at the clinic, especially Barbara, Cheryl, and Jade. I’m so grateful for all the care & kindness everyone showed me, and would recommend this clinic to anyone!
I had a deeply frustrating and emotionally distressing experience with the administrative team at this location. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest throughout the entire process. I was recently referred here for an endoscopy and called to book an appointment. The receptionist refused to send me the preparation instructions unless I booked a date first, which made no sense.
