I wish these reviews mattered. Still taking two weeks for simple recordings. There is no way York county is just so busy that it's taking this long. Somehow Philadelphia, Lanco, Montgomery county can do same day and even mail away counties are faster than little York. Since the update the e-recordings have taken forever and are being denied over errors on the counties end. Taking two weeks to reject for no reason then just to keep doing it. Since the update the e-recordings have taken forever and are being denied over errors on the counties end. Taking two weeks to reject for no reason then just to keep doing it. Spoke with someone in the office and "It takes time to learn a new system" isn't really an explanation, then she tried to claim recordings weren't taking longer - even though I can see see the dates I'm submitting and being rejected. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ON YOUR SYSTEM OR FIND NEW PEOPLE.
