My mother in law called a set up an appt for a ride. Was told that they would be there to get her. Day of her doctors appt they never showed up and we had to find someone to get her there. I called them myself and the lady I spoke with was stammering giving all kinds of excuses and said that she had tried to call her but she didn't answer. Not the case this lady always answers her phone whether or not she knows the number because of different doctors offices call. I have been using the service and I have had issues with them not putting me on the schedule when I did make the reservation in enough time. They suck.

They are inconsistent with when they'll get to you for pickup or if they will even get to you for pick up. As far as a return ride, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt of after calling them, waiting an hour. However, after an hour of waiting I'll call back to cancel the request for a return trip and will call Uber or Lyft if a friend isn't available to pick me up. My mother in law has a standing appointment for a ride at the same time every week and today they never showed up and she was waiting. They even called her yesterday to confirm the time. This has happened more than once then when we try to contact them it goes to voicemail and it leaves scrambling to get her to her appointment.
