What exactly are our tax dollars going for?? This place need to be gone thru with a fine tooth comb. They do one meal a month after you are approved!!! This is pork barrel spending at its finest. I was told they couldn’t help a dying man who has nobody. Can someone please make this make sense. We need to do away with this completely. Someone please help our hungry people. This thing is an absolute waste of money.
They are inconsistent with when they'll get to you for pickup or if they will even get to you for pick up. As far as a return ride, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt of after calling them, waiting an hour. However, after an hour of waiting I'll call back to cancel the request for a return trip and will call Uber or Lyft if a friend isn't available to pick me up. If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman who answers the phone is very rude. I called on a Friday and scheduled a pick up that following Monday. They never arrived so I called later that day and the woman accused me of not scheduling the appointment when I definitely did. During that same conversation,I asked for a pickup,she said she scheduled it...never arrived.
