Eric was a FANTASTIC help in an 'emergency pinch'. My 2024 Tahoe appeared to lose its transmission while I was on a road trip. I was near Brazil, Indiana at just a few minutes before 5 PM on a Friday. This could have been a travelers nightmare. I called York in a complete panic. Eric was quick to guide me to my next steps and was even able to find me a loaner vehicle to use so I could continue my trip while they took care of the Tahoe. I've always taken my car here because they do an excellent job with friendly service and let you know what you need next.
I previously went through Dorsett. And when I tell you the difference was DAY AND NIGHT!! York service listened to me. They took the time to understand, and they actually hold pretty decent conversations. I’m very blessed and happy to have went through York this go around.
We took the buick in for a oil change and tire rotation They got it in pretty quick and it was done in a timely manner.
