York Chevrolet Brazil had my truck for 2 weeks for an engine light and while it was there I also wanted the transmission serviced. When I went to pick it up, the bill was crazy, luckily I have an aftermarket warranty. However the transmission was NOT serviced
I recently visited the service center. My vehicle seemed to be running warmer than it had been. When I called, John told me I could bring it in and he’d look at it. John was great. He not only listened to my concerns, shared information with me and answered my questions. Thank you, John, for great customer service!
I called about my car battery leaking acid when I bought it and they fixed it for free as they said they would. They do an excellent job
