They always call to get approvals on work that may need done and are honest about which services are needed the most to maintain the longevity of my vehicle. I’ve been bringing our vehicles to York for ten years and I wouldn’t bring them to any other local dealership.
We invested nearly $34,000 ($25,000 cash plus our trade-in) in our first luxury vehicle, expecting a memorable experience. Instead, it became one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we've ever had. There was a 2,400+ mile discrepancy between the mileage on the proposal we initialed and the purchase paperwork signed 21 days later.
