They definitely appear to be understaff and the staff that they do have could use some more training in communication. I felt like they did not communicate with me well and I left feeling stupid. I had a rather unpleasant interaction with Emily W. as she was very impolite and came off rather cold. It’s been a rough time looking for a facility for my mother that is trustworthy. Interactions like these make the decision easier to look elsewhere.
