Personnel respond to concerns quickly. Have rented three different times over the past three years. Each time the unit was not unlocked by the date promised. Otherwise a well run storage facility.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place! They are very nice and the storage is clean. I would definitely recommend and use their service again if needed. Be aware they take an administrative fee from your deposit to "process the deposit in the system and send out the check" so you never get your full deposit back; kinda ridiculous but it does state it in the lease.
