I was working on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the engineers thought it would be a great idea to install the oil filter housing under the intake manifold using bolts that are sleeved which is why I went to York Bolt and ditched that crappy design flaw that Jeep used. The bolt from York bolt worked perfectly and I have never had a bolt that didn’t work from them.
I needed a bolt for my brake calibar and none of the auto stores had anything, they just continued to sell me the wrong bolts until my third return to where they said they'd have to special order the bolt. The group at York bolt had me in and out the door with the bolt needed in less than 5 minutes! I know where to go from here on out. Thank you very much!!
Sent my daughter into the shop to buy at least two hundred bucks worth of nuts and bolts so that we could build a chess set. They refused to help her and just treated her like she was "just a stupid girl" How embarrassing and rude these people are. I would now go ANYWHERE else to buy parts. They did not have time to help her, she had an exact list of parts needed and they just wanted her to email them the list and then refused to give her an email address, instead just looked back at her with a blank stare.
