Sent my daughter into the shop to buy at least two hundred bucks worth of nuts and bolts so that we could build a chess set. They refused to help her and just treated her like she was "just a stupid girl" How embarrassing and rude these people are. I would now go ANYWHERE else to buy parts. They did not have time to help her, she had an exact list of parts needed and they just wanted her to email them the list and then refused to give her an email address, instead just looked back at her with a blank stare.
I know these stores as Im an ironworker. But my mother needed two standard bolts because Taylors was out and we went there. They have a 5 dollar minimum charge on any payment method. And considering I know how those places work, prices go by depending on who ya know or who you work for....... they were a total bumout today!!!!
Doing the PO Boy alternator conversion on a 84 Goldwing and needed a hard to find 4" 12mm fine thread bolt and this store had it, Birdy was very dedicated in finding what I needed and also an 6mm extention Kudos to Birdy great job, I will return.
