Tammy, who playing around with the reservation screen at the entrance to the restaurant - I would call her host, was extremely terrible and unprofessional at customer service. We had the free-breakfast card from the hotel and arrived there at 9:05am. We saw Tammy at the entrance, so we said “Hello, good morning” and told her that we had a breakfast card. When the food finally got to the table it overall looked great, that is until I take not more than 4 bites and I’m pulling a hair from my teeth. I’m not one to complain about unsanitary dishes, I understand that every now and then a hair falls into food, not that much of a biggie and I continue eating my caser salad. While my friends and I ate live music played filling that atmosphere with gentle at least until around an hour into our meal and the musician is gone leaving an empty echo with a hint of cutlery scraping plate. ... read more
