Bought a 30 lb cast iron kettlebell. Used it less than 10 times when the handle broke where it connects to the bell. There were obvious voids in the casting. Brought it back assuming I would have no issues getting a replacement. I was wrong. The sales representative ( Scott) laughed at me. Said I needed to produce some paperwork (that I never received at purchase). He was the same guy who sold it to me and knew he never gave me any written warranty. No refund. No replacement.
