Better Business Bureau should be looking into them I went to ask for my air conditioning unit that is under warranty that I own to be replaced they refused unless I'm going to deal with a dealer that they have to sell (do business with & keep them happy!!??)as a wholesale to them I don't understand that I don't think it's fair for the end consumer since it's the residential piece of equipment they know it's going to be in someone's house
we had a york air conditioner and furnace installed in july it’s noisy junk that leaks and none of the dealers within 100 kilometers will even look at it after seeing the butcher job aire one did on the installation. i recommend avoiding this manufacturer like the plague. dealer network is horrid and they don’t stand behind their product.
