Customer Service doesn't exist, very rude and they didn't want to acknowledge they made a mistake even though I provided written proof that they made a huge mistake which has resulted in me having to pay court costs and back taxes. People who work there should not be allowed to keep their jobs when they can't even do their job correctly and their mistakes cost people money and time off from work.
