We’ve had kwik dry come out multiple times. And every single time it has been absolutely phenomenal consistent work. The employees are absolutely amazing, super communicative, friendly, and outgoing. Allowing strangers into your house can be definitely uncomfortable, but they didn’t even make it feel like strangers, they’ve always made it feel like they’re family. I highly recommend this family owned veteran owned business. They will always be my first recommendation.
Josh texted with a photo and time of arrival about 45 minutes beforehand so we would know who was doing our carpet cleaning. He showed up 5 minutes early and surveyed the areas to be done. Let us know what the cost would be, which was very reasonable, which we accepted. He immediately got to work bringing in the equipment and starting the cleaning.
