Purchased a home, this will be our 3rd summer here. The house came with a new York unit. Every summer I have issues with it and they come check it etc, but nothing is ever done. I think I got a lemon unit but they will not replace it, and now that the warranty is over, I can’t afford to. The employees are nice.. but there’s nothing they could do for it every time they’ve came. It is currently 88 degrees outside my unit is set to 65 and it’s 80 degrees in the house: I don’t understand why it can’t be fixed?!

We realized, late in the afternoon on a Saturday, that our heater wasn't coming on. And knew that the temperatures were going to dip into the teens overnight. While frantically searching for anyone that might be open, I ran upon Randel York's listing and the many 5 star reviews. I had water coming out on the garage floor, and a/c wasn't cooling properly. York a/c responded quickly, fair pricing, and fixed the problem. Very thorough in checking over my system and explaining to me what was going on. Charged up my a/c, checked for leaks, inspected inside the a/c. Highly recommend!!!
Excellent service and honest guy. Came quickly and repaired the AC unit in no time at all. Reasonable price and did not try to upsell anything.
