Rude staff, has the cheapest supplies on hand and charges triple for items, does not care about the patients safety. The supplies I bought my insurance did not cover so lots of money down the drain. I wouldn't want to even give these items away. They are brand new and going in the garbage. I will never set foot in that place again. Please save your money and go elsewhere you will get better quality at much cheaper price

Had appointment for these people to install grab bars in my room for friday afternoon sometime. Never showed or called. My entire afternoon wasted waiting for these jokers. Btw they've already been paid. Unlikely to ever see my safety put as a priority for them.

Friendly staff, nice store, good products. If you rent something they are good at explaining how to use it and the details.
