Customer service was friendly. Unprofessional at closing. I was an unscheduled appt and left my vehicle for 3hrs, all reasonable. I was notified when my vehicle was done via text, and booked an Uber immediately. I was in a sense expected to pick up my vehicle ASAP because "lunch needed to be taken" by staff. When I arrived within 30min of notice no staff present. My keys were in my car and windows down. I could of easily left without paying, but I am not that individual. Excellent customer service
Highly recommend Yorba Linda Tire & Alignment. Amazing people and great service from Pedro and his team. If you need new tires, an alignment, or brake work done, this is definitely the place to go.
Never got alignment here because this shop could not even keep a promised appointment time. The overall vibe of this place was a bit weird because it’s a shared lot with another auto repair shop. I came in on time for my appointment made a day in advance… Owner of business gives me the runaround making some made up excuse of why he cannot serve me at the moment. Yada yada yada.
