Sorry if you gave them your credit card. They will try and scam/steal from you. They were evicted and cutoff all communication, hoping you dont check your credit card statements.
EDIT / UPDATE : Since my last review, I was charged again but this time for $278. At this point, this company is literally stealing my money. Where did they even come up with $278. I wish we had read the reviews more carefully before signing up. Like many others have mentioned, canceling your membership here is a nightmare. They don't respond to emails, phone calls go unanswered, and no one at the gym can help. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to do things the right way, only to be ignored. What's worse is that this seems to be a common pattern. There are multiple reviews describing the exact same experience--members trying to cancel and being charged anyway. I never leave reviews but this is just crazy. I am so disappointed in the ownership and how absolutely HORRIBLE the management is. I tried to cancel my membership in the end of January. Called, texted, emailed for weeks straight. I left voicemails. I went down to the gym however they are NEVER there. Now come April, not only was I charged yet again, now I was charged TWICE for April. April 17 and again on April 18. This place is a scam and the owners do not care about their customers. I want to leave a very fair review with positive and negatives. To start with the positive, this gym is very nice and clean, and the 30 minute bootcamp workout is great. The coaches are very friendly and try very hard to motivate you during your workout. I would give this gym 5 stars if it wasn't for their bad business practices.
