If you care about your car DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH IT!!!! Worst experience ever all i wanted to do is have my car washed now not only did they basically leave my car dirty charge me $22.00 but i now have 3 scratches 2 on trunk and a large one on my hood. I take care of my car i paid extra to have it hand washed to make sure there are no scratches when going through wash. To MJ, First of all it's a car wash. It's a family run business that has been around for many years. They are all (from the guy that takes your request in line to the guy that hands you your keys) very warm and personable. The cashier is the owner and in her 60's I believe. She is swamped and is the one answering the phone. She is a sweetheart and always pleasant. Please don't let your call on a busy day dissuade you. I called to find out what special they had for the day and the lady that answered said, "no specials", do you have a coupon? I said no. She said, "$1.50 off then". I said, "What packages do you have?" She said, "You have to come, I am very busy". Very poor business relations. They just lost a costumer.
