I live about 2 miles from Yopp's, and they've been a godsend ever since I moved here. I travel quite a bit for work, and they're always fantastic at squeezing me in for my bi-weekly oil change, even if there's a lot going on or if it's the last minute. Also, the waiting room is clean and air-conditioned and has wifi, so I can't complain! Daughter called, crying, she was very hurt. Her husband is in the marines, served twice overseas. The owner told my daughter to leave the premises while her vehicle was being worked on because her two year old daughter was playing too loudly. She called her husband to come pick up her two year old ( it was raining). She went back in the business to pay her bill and she was told not to come back. Unbelievable .
