Just 2 minutes past my grace period for an ultrasound and turned away. Lobby was empty btw. I’m coming from Acworth and wasted my time and gas. No accommodation. Communicated 35 min before my appointment and still turned me away. I’m going elsewhere….

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jeong Chen for years, and she and her assistant Randy truly feel like family. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they show their patients is incredible. You can genuinely tell they care about every person who walks through their doors. The entire staff is always warm, friendly, and supportive. i had an appointment with dr chang about 2 years back. and i have been very scared to go to an OBGYN since then. she was so rude and uncaring. gave me my results without letting me ask questions and was just rude throughout. horrible experience. i dont know where the good reviews are coming from bc my sister in law also came her and had a bad experience. save yourself from the stress. i left this appointment in tears. i still remember it like yesterday.

I was treated by Dr. Chang for endometriosis that had been dismissed by a previous physician (Dr. Taghechian) in favor of throwing antibiotics at me without any evidence of infection. My entire experience from the first few consultations to seeing her after surgery were phenomenal. It shocks me to read these other reviews about her being “rude” because let me tell you, I am not an easy patient to treat!
