I was very disappointed with my visit to Dr. Yoon C. Nofsinger. As someone seeking help from an ear specialist, I expected a more attentive and knowledgeable approach. Unfortunately, she spoke extremely fast, seemed rushed, and gave the impression she wanted to leave the room as quickly as possible. I will keep my personal opinion aside on this. Partly meaning, I did not care for many things. Services seemed fine in some areas. Hard to understand the receptionist's broken English, even after two or three times asking her what? I did not understand you. Frustrating, esp. when done hurriedly. Minor compared to many mistakes made on my chart, not calling me to inform me I had a staph infection, prescribed an antibiotic I was allergic to.
