I asked the back office for a prescription refill to City Pharmacy. They did not send it. When I went to the pharmacy they called Eagles landing in Jackson and I listened to things like I got my scrips for mail order and they did not know how much I had. I went back to the office and was told that they had sent the script in. I went back to the pharmacy I was given the wrong medicine. Eagles Landing Family Practice in Jackson has a new policy to see patients who do not have insurance. They have also reduced their self-pay prices to accomodate those who are self-pay. The complaint registered in 2008 is outdated.
I called the office to get a appointment and was told IF I DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT SEE ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS A CASH PATIENT. I DON'T BELIEVE THIS IS HOW THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY SHOULD OPERATE BUT THIS IS AMERICA RIGHT.
