Do not waste your time. After ordering my tracker over a week ago I started emailing and calling Yono Labs to check on the status of my order as I had not yet receiving a shipping notification. After three unanswered emails and several calls I was finally able to get through only to have them say that they are out of stock and need to cancel my order. Uncomfortable to wear, but I would totally work through it if it actually worked. Can’t get it to sync to download any information, and I can’t get any reply from the company. Horrible.
Zero stars would be more appropriate. I bought Yonolabs product last week and never received confirmation of shipment. I call in to discover that they will be out of stock for a few month. I was not informed of the progress of my order (that they ran out of stock) and I was charged for the product within 2 days from the order. Very unprofessional. Also they make the product only after receiving the order which seems quite shady to me. Don;t waste your money and time with this company.
Do not buy. Uncomfortable to wear especially all night. Zero company communication when I returned item. I emailed customer service for return information, no reply. I sent product back within less than 30 days, zero refund. Bad company.
